GYMNASTICS PROGRAMS
PRESCHOOL CLASSES
Moving and learning in circuits that include specially designed preschool equipment.
PARENT TOT (12-24 months)
A creative and exciting learning situation for child and parent (or guardian) under the supervision of our knowledgeable staff. Physical and sensory stimulation in our colorful gym includes climbing, catching, swinging, hanging, rolling, balancing, jumping and additional gross motor skills.
TUMBLE TOTS ( Entering Kindergarten in 2 years)
This is our first independent class (children need to be separate from parents and follow directions for safe participation.) Classes include introduction to social skills.
GYM TOTS ( Entering Kindergarten in 1 year)
Classes utilize the developing attention spans of the children in teaching more complex skills. Increased proficiency of learned skills is expected.
KINDER GYM ( In Kindergarten)
A transitional program that incorporates the fun of preschool with more difficult task mastery on equipment.
LEVEL 1-4
Emphasis is placed on fundamentals of movement that are the basis of all sports. Designed to build confidence, strength, flexibility and balance while keeping the child healthy and happy.
HOT SHOTS/SUPERSHOTS & PRETEAM
Feeder program for our JOGA Team.
JOGA LEVEL A+, A, B, & C
Experience the fun and camaraderie that comes with being on a dedicated team.
DANCE PROGRAMS
PRESCHOOL DANCE CLASSES
Tumble Tot is our class for 3 year olds
Gym Tot is for 4 year olds
KinderGym is for 5 year olds
All preschool dance programs include:
Ballet and Tap combination classes
These programs are designed to help children gain control of their bodies through music and movement
Have FUN and learn at the dame time
Progressive curriculum designed for preschoolers
Low student/teacher ratios
Use of scarves, lummi sticks, maracas, etc. to expose the children to the styles of movement, counting, etc.
30 minute class combined with 30 minutes of gymnastics
DANCE FOR 1ST GRADE AND OLDER STUDENTS
Classes available are: Tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop
Classes build coordination and flexibility while having FUN
Children develop artistic expression in an accepting, friendly atmosphere
Our goals include developing a positive self image, healthy body awareness and secure self-esteem in every student
Small student/teacher ratios ensure personal attention
Skill progressions in each style of dance
Group number is learned and performed in the end of the year dance recital
HIP-HOP- funky movement, music video
BALLET- Ballet is the basis of all dance. It requires the most concentration and study.
POINTE- Pointe classes are for advanced students recommended by the Jersey Shore staff
TAP- This class concentrates on rhythm and coordination.
JAZZ- The music and movement are high energy and more classical.
ADULT CLASSES- Dance is NOT JUST FOR KIDS!! Adult classes are offered throughout the year.
SUMMER CAMPS- Have fun with us! Scheduling flexibility and diversity are the keys to our fun packed summer camps. Crafts, gymnastics, games and sports fun!!
